Planning it yourself doesn't save money.

It just moves the cost onto your own staff. We wrote down the honest math on running your own incentive trip, including the parts where we lose.

Built for the teams that hit the number

Our specialty is sales incentive trips for door-to-door and field-sales companies, and the same format works anywhere a team has earned a trip.

Beyond the guidebook

Years of returning to the same destinations have taught us where the real magic is — the hidden beaches, family-run kitchens, and local favorites most travelers never find.

  • The same partners, every year. We book the same local operators trip after trip, so they know how a Tripio group runs before we land.
  • Tables that don't take reservations. Many of the best spots on our itineraries aren't bookable online. Years of showing up is what gets a group in.
  • Backups already planned. Weather days and closures have alternatives lined up in advance, not improvised that morning.

There's a difference between a good trip and a Tripio trip.

Every trip travels with a Tripio host whose only focus is the group. Keeping the energy high, drawing everyone in, and handling every detail on the ground.

Reward the people who hit the number.

Incentive trips are what we do most. Tell us the group size, the travel window, and the budget per person, and we come back with options and one price.

Bocas del Toro, Panama
We went to Bocas del Toro in Panama with Tripio with our group of about 20 people. Hands down, the most amazing travel experience I've ever had. The best resort, the best food, the best excursions. International travel with groups can be intimidating, but this company has their business model figured out, and I'll be coming back for more.

Three years running
We have used Sean and Tripio as a company for 3 years running now. It's always one of the highlights of the year. Each year we've gone to a different country and it's been an amazing trip each time. Don't worry about the stress of planning the trip. Just enjoy the journey.

Questions we hear first

The short answers. The full list, including deposits, guests, and travel documents, is on the FAQ page.

All questions

Incentive travel is a reward trip a company gives its top performers for hitting defined goals, usually sales targets. Unlike a bonus check, it's a shared experience that recognizes achievement in front of peers and gives the rest of the team something visible to chase.

Planning a group trip in-house pulls leaders away from running the business, and details like transfers, dining for large groups, and activity timing are easy to get wrong. Tripio uses itineraries refined over years and sends a dedicated host on every trip, so your team gets a polished experience and your staff gets to enjoy it too.

Cost depends on destination, group size, travel dates, trip length, and what's included. Most clients start with a per-person budget, and we design the trip around it. Tell us your group size and travel window and we'll come back with package options and an estimate.

We recommend 8 to 14 months ahead. That window gives you the best choice of resorts and dates, and lets you announce the trip to your team early so it works as a motivator all year. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible depending on destination and availability.

Each itinerary lists exactly what it covers. As a rule, the price includes lodging, ground transfers, the planned activities and group meals, and your Tripio host. Flights are typically arranged separately, with guidance from us so everyone lands at the right time.

We run trips for 10–500 travelers. Larger groups simply travel with more than one Tripio host.

Incentive trips always move a little — qualifiers are earned up to the deadline. Your contract includes a headcount range and the adjustment terms, so normal changes are expected rather than a renegotiation.

Tell us about your group.

A few details is all we need to come back with a trip idea and a per-person price. We reply within one business day.

  • No commitment. This is a conversation, not a contract.
  • Groups of 10–500 travelers.
  • Incentive trips, President's Club, retreats, and reunions.
  • One per-person price, and a Tripio host on every trip.
